A signature of D.L. & Co., the Modern Alchemists & Purveyors of Curious Goods, is their exquisite packaging. The glass vessel is first elegantly wrapped in hand pleated tissue imported from Switzerland and is then placed into a black Burmese silk hat box with double silk ribbon from France. To note, the wick is hand braided and lead free and the creamy candle wax is a patented blend of high grade European wax which burns cleaner than any other candle and houses the delicate essential oil without altering the fragrance character. Approximate burn time is over 50 hrs.
