Not so fierce, this Rhino is made from sequins and glass beads on satin, and finished with silver cording. Measures approximately 3” wide, not including its horn. Handmade by a talented self-help group of low-income artisans near Agra, India. Great for the younger ones as it will not break if it slips from tiny hands. This ornament was produced by artisan groups that are members of the Fair Trade Federation and World Fair Trade Organization to ensure low-income artisans are moving towards economic self-sufficiency and truly being helped out of poverty. Additionally, it was produced with a commitment to use locally sourced materials and to incorporate recycled components. Since this is hand made and not produced in a factory, there is minimal environmental impact.
