There are a variety of ways for you to find that perfect item on the Pringle and Zimring website. Merchandise is grouped by Department, Theme or Occasion, Recipient and by Price. Find IT
by (1) entering a keyword in the bar at the top of your screen; (2) by clicking within the navigation section on the left side of your screen or (3) by selecting a link at the very bottom of your screen.
You can also use the Search button located in the upper right portion of your screen. By clicking this button, you will launch an Advanced Search window and be able to search by Product ID, Brand or Keywords.

Which forms of payment do you accept?
The Pringle and Zimring website (www.pringleandzimring.com
) accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Sorry, we do not accept any other forms of payment on the web.
When making a purchase in person at our shop located at 57 South Center Street, Millerton, New York 12546, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash and Check with proper identification.
Do you accept phone orders?
Yes we do. However, we prefer that you use our website to place orders yourself. Will I be charged Domestic (USA) sales tax?
Any order placed by a New York resident, or shipped to a New York resident regardless of the purchaser's resident state, is subject to New York sales tax. The amount of sales tax may vary by county within this state. New York laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order. Because charges for gift-wrap and shipping and handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.
Will I be charged International Taxes and Duties?
For orders shipped to international destinations, i.e. outside of the United States, all duties and taxes are the recipient's obligation. The recipient will be required to pay any governmental duties, taxes or VAT upon delivery. Due to fluctuations in currency values and import duty valuation adjustments, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT. Additional shipping and handling charges apply to orders shipped internationally. A customer care specialist will either notify you in writing or will call you to review those shipping charges. We will advise you in advance to the best of our abilities.
What should I do if I was expecting an email from Pringle and Zimring and it never arrived?

Do you sell wholesale to the public?
No, we do not sell wholesale to the public.

Do you have a catalog that you can mail me?
Pringle and Zimring is always on the look out for the new and unusual - the next best thing to have. We also like to make sure that what you purchase is special and unique. We do not like to stock large quantities of the same item. Wouldn't you hate to go over to your neighbor's home and see that they purchased the same thing as you?
Because our mission is to bring you unique items, our inventory always has to change to stay fresh. A printed catalog is just not possible.

How do I update my account preferences?
To view or change your account settings, please login by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT button located near the top of your Browser. From this page, you will be able to view your personal information, shipping addresses, previous orders, gift registries, wish lists and opt-in or opt-out to receive information about new products, events and offers from Pringle and Zimring.

For items mailed in the United States, our premier shipping company is UPS. We currently offer the services listed below. Please note that Transit Time for your shipment begins once your order has been logged by Pringle and Zimring into the UPS system.

How long will it take to get my order?
Once your order has been received, we aim to process that order within 1-3 business days. If the order involves custom gift wrapping, the order may take longer to process. After which, the time it takes for delivery depends upon the shipping location and the shipping method selected. If it happens that a once in-stock item on the website becomes out of stock for more than 1 week, we will contact you to advise of the expected delivery date and to give you the option of selecting an alternative product or removing it from your order.

How is the shipping cost determined?
Our shopping cart will retrieve real-time estimated shipping rates from UPS to calculate the shipping charges for your order.
The cost of shipping is determined by multiple factors:
- The shipping address of the order by zip code and if Residential or Business
- The shipping method selected (i.e. 1-day, 2-day, 3-day)
- The total weight of your order
- The size of an item
- Declared Value of the package
Some items are considered Oversized and they will only be delivered by Ground or Freight shipping methods.
How much will shipping cost for my order?
After you have added items to your shopping cart, you may click the "Estimated Shipping Charges" link on the "View Cart" page. A pop-up window will appear for you to enter your shipping address. You will then be able to see an approximate value for your shipping charges for the items in your shopping cart.
This value may vary from the value entered on your final invoice due to the shipping method selected and weight, size and type of product being purchased. If an item is extremely delicate, such as a crystal chandelier, cautious packing material will be used to protect the merchandise. If an item is deemed over-sized, additional shipping charges will also apply. A customer care specialist will either notify you in writing or will call you to review the additional shipping charges before your credit card is charged.
In addition, estimated shipping rates quoted do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Other shipping charges, surcharges or accessorial charges also may apply.
Can I ship my order to an address different from my billing address?
Yes you can. When checking out, please provide both the billing address and the shipping address details for your order.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?
Of course we do. We see no reason for you to miss out on the amazing Pringle and Zimring merchandise. However, certain delivery options do not apply to these locations. For example, Next Day Delivery is not available. Additional shipping charges may apply. A customer care specialist will either notify you in writing or will call you to review the additional shipping charges before your credit card is charged.
Do you ship to Post Office Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes we do. Pringle and Zimring will not leave you out in the cold. We will make special arrangements to ship items to Post Office Boxes and to APO/FPO addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply. A customer care specialist will either email you or will call you to review the additional shipping charges before your credit card is charged.
Please note that Pringle and Zimring can not ship to these addresses with an overnight delivery option. We will contact our Shipping Partners to make inquiries about expected arrival dates.

What do I need to know about shipping a package internationally?
Orders to be shipped internationally take longer to initiate than domestic orders. The time to shipment is longer than domestic shipping because Pringle and Zimring must complete additional shipping forms and also verify certain pieces of information. For example, there will be a credit card security check. If that credit card review can not be satisfied, Pringle and Zimring reserves the right to cancel your order.
Another reason for a delay is due to Customs regulations. Regulations allow receiving customs services to hold a package for up to 30 days before scanning it into their system. The holding period varies widely throughout the year and from country to country. We suggest that you direct any customs questions to your local government agencies.
For items shipped internationally, Pringle and Zimring will require a signature upon delivery of your package. We can not have a package delivered internationally without a signature.
If you refuse receipt of a package from Pringle and Zimring that has been shipped internationally, you will be responsible for the cost of the whole transaction. That means you are responsible for the cost of the items shipped, any taxes and duty charges, and all shipping charges associated with the rejected package. Shipping charges will be for both directions – to and from Pringle and Zimring’s shipping center. Pringle and Zimring will charge your credit card the sum total of all charges related to the rejected product.
If you need to return an internationally shipped package back to Pringle and Zimring, you are responsible for all shipping costs, including duties and taxes. We will refund the cost of the merchandise provided that it returns to us in the condition as we mailed it to you. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles to receive and process an international shipment. Pringle and Zimring is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (i.e. Customs), causing this delay.

What are some International Shipping charges?
International shipping charges may include, but is not limited to, any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT), and/or import consumption taxes. Pringle and Zimring will not place these charges on your credit card prior to shipping. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT when the package reaches your country. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency fluctuations, Pringle and Zimring is unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.
Please note that Pringle and Zimring can not offer a refund on orders where delivery failed due to non-payment of government imposed taxes.
What is Declared Value and Shipping Insurance?
We want your package to arrive to you in the same manner as we have packed it. It should not arrive at your doorstep damaged.
All orders will be insured for $100 if the total order amount is less than $100 and for orders over $100 they will be insured for the full amount of the order.
You should gain some peace of mind with this extra protection for your domestic packages and international shipments.
What are the exceptions to free ground shipping for orders over $100.00 during special promotions?
For free ground shipping, items must be in stock and will be shipped from our store or from our warehouse in Millerton, New York. This service is not available for orders weighing more than 30 pounds, for oversized items and for special orders. This offer applies to a set period of time as noted in the promotion.
4. ORDER TRACKING
How do I know if my order was received and processed by the Pringle & Zimring website?
Pringle and Zimring Customer Service will send you an automated email when we receive your order from our website, after you've completed the Check Out process. We will then send you a second email when your order is processed.

How do I track my package?
Once Pringle and Zimring Customer Service processes your order and provides your package to UPS, you will receive a shipment notification email stating your Tracking Number and the expected Delivery Date of your package. If the preferred shipping method was UPS, you may track the status of your UPS package by visiting the UPS website at http://www.ups.com

Can I pick up my items at the 57 South Center Street Store in Millerton, New York?<
Of course you can. When you are in the Checking Out phase on the website, you will have the option of selection a drop-down button for In-Store Pick-Up. Pringle and Zimring will then send you an email informing you when your package is ready for pick-up at the Millerton location. By picking up your package, your shipping and handling charges will be waived.
Why did I receive more than one Tracking Numbers?
Pringle and Zimring wants your purchases to arrive at their destination safely.
Depending on the quantity of purchased items, their size and weight, and if they are fragile, it may be necessary to send you multiple packages. If so, you'll receive multiple Tracking Numbers.
What reasons can Pringle and Zimring invoke to cancel delivery of a package?
While Pringle and Zimring will do its best to satisfy orders, there are some details that are mandatory for us to do initiate shipment. If we do not have those details supplied to us by you, the customer, then we may have to cancel the order. If an order is canceled, we will notify you in writing with the reason for the cancellation.
Reasons for cancellation: (1) Inadequate customer details and delivery address details; (2) Failure of customer to supply missing details to us to complete the order for both customer details and delivery address details; (3) Payment not cleared by our credit card provider; (4) Conflicts with our web site security features that are not cleared through investigation; and (5) Force Majeure (an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond our control, such as war, strike, riot, crime, act of nature (e.g., flooding, earthquake, volcano), which prevents us from fulfilling our obligations).
Can I see my Order History on the Pringle and Zimring website?
If you are a registered customer of the Pringle and Zimring website, you can view your order history. Once you login, click MY ACCOUNT and you will have the opportunity to click the link called view previous orders. This will launch a window showing a list and the details of your previous orders. It will also allow you to re-order merchandise if it is still in stock.
If you are a Non-Registered Customer of the Pringle and Zimring website, you will not be able to see your previous order history online. You may request these details by calling our Customer Care Specialist at 1-888-PZ SHOP 1 (1-888-797-4671), by sending an email to our customer care specialist at firstname.lastname@example.org
and even by faxing us at (646) 219-0871. We will do our best to meet your needs, but it will help us immensely if you can provide your Order Confirmation Number when making the request.
5. GIFT WRAPPING and GIFT REGISTRY
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Definitely! As part of our checkout process, you will have the option to select Pringle and Zimring’s distinctive gift wrapping of Red, Chocolate and Ivory for $6 per item. With that, you may also include a personal gift note to the recipient.
And if that was not special enough, you can inquire about our Premier Pearl Gift Wrapping services for an additional fee. This involves extravagant gift wrap selections and our especially luxurious ribbon options.
If an item is too large to gift wrap, a comment can be found on its Product Description page. It will also say Gift Wrap Not Available when checking out.
What is the Pringle and Zimring’s Gift Registry?
Pringle and Zimring's Gift Registry is similar to that of a "Bridal Registry". Customers can select items they like from our website or by visiting our Millerton store and can then make these items visible to family and friends. You have control over options such as quantity of an item, if gift certificates can be purchased, whether you want to be notified by email when products are purchased, select a preferred address to which gifts should be sent, and even establish multiple registries for varying occasions – bridal shower, baby shower, or birthday. The occasion is your choice. You can then view a particular registry by clicking on an event name, type, date, or whether the event is visible to customers that are looking for a registry.
How do I create a Gift Registry and add items to it?
When you click the MY ACCOUNT button in the upper right portion of your screen and you login, a screen will appear with your account options. Just click on to the Manage Gift Registrieslink and you’ll be able to name your registry and set the date for your event. At this time you can decide on your Registry specifics such as whether this Registry is available to any visitor of http://www.pringleandzimring.com/ or whether the list should be exclusive to your personal address book.
Once you name your Gift Registry, you can click the link called Add Products and then start browsing the Pringle and Zimring website. After making a product selection, just click the ADD TO CART button. When you are on the View Shopping Cart page, click the button called ADD TO REGISTRY to finalize the process.
How do I tell my friends about my Gift Registry?
After creating a Gift Registry and adding products to it, the next steps to letting your friends and family members know about your Registry are so easy. When you click the MY ACCOUNT button in the upper right portion of your screen and you login, a screen will appear with your account options. Click the Manage Gift Registries link to retrieve a button called Notify Friends. This will provide you the opportunity to enter your specific email addresses.

8. RETURNS and EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Pringle and Zimring does its best to accurately describe its web products and provide representative pictures of the merchandise. We want you to be satisfied with your order.
Items may be returned for a credit value to a Pringle and Zimring Gift Card or exchanged within 14 days after UPS confirms delivery of your order. However, you will need to contact us to get an authorization code (RMA) before sending back an item. We will not accept returns without an RMA on the package. Please include a copy of your sales receipt in the return box so we know who sent the package
To receive an authorization code (RMA), items must not be used, items must not be damaged and items must in the original packaging. Custom or special orders and sale items are not returnable.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return when the product appears to be used and therefore no longer in its original condition or the return is beyond the allowed 14 days from purchase.
Remember to use a reputable shipping carrier such as UPS, Federal Express or DHL who can insure the merchandise for you at the full value and one that provides a tracking number as well. A tracking number is not the same as obtaining a Delivery Confirmation or returning a package by Certified mail. We are also not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit back to us. For your protection, we strongly recommend that items are returned in a manner requiring a signature.
You are responsible for the shipping charges to return an item to us. COD packages will not be accepted.
Orders that are refused by you or returned to us without a RMA and that are not damaged or defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
How do I get an authorization code (RMA)?
Follow these simple online steps to return your item(s):
- Login to your account and click "View Previous Orders".
- Click on the Order Number and scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Then just check mark the product(s) you'd like to return and fill in the reason.
- Please write this code on your invoice for your records and on the outside of the box you are returning.
- Please include a print out of the Return Authorization number, your name, address, phone number, email address, receipt and reason for return in the box

Can I return a product I bought on the website in person at the Millerton store?
You can return an item purchased on www.pringleandzimring.com to Pringle and Zimring located at 57 South Center Street, Millerton, New York 12546 for store credit. Please bring any applicable paperwork such as an invoice and the product with original packaging to the store within 14 days of delivery.
What do I do if I receive an item that is incorrect, damaged or defective?
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact us a within five (5) days of receipt so we can remedy the situation. The time frame to inform us of any issues is important as an item may have been damaged during shipment to you and then Pringle and Zimring will have to put in a claim to our Shipping Company.
When we receive this notification, we will send you an RMA and make arrangements to have the item returned back to us. Once in receipt of the item, we'll examine if for your reasons stated to us. Click here to request an RMA.
We will (1) do our best to replace the item if it is still in stock; (2) have it dropped shipped to you from the manufacturer; or (3) issue a credit value to a Pringle and Zimring Gift Card. Please click here for information on our gift card program.
Please note that some of the Pringle and Zimring merchandise is made by hand. Imperfections in hand-made products do exist. A slight imperfection in glaze is also due to the manufacturing process and not all glaze jobs will ever be identical.
What do I do if the picture I see on the website is not what I received in the mail?

Do you store my credit card number?
Pringle and Zimring is committed to keeping your private information private. We have implemented sophisticated 128-bit and 256-bit SSL encryption and authentication safeguards to protect you from identity theft, credit card fraud and phishing. Basically, protecting your credit card and your personal and order information is one of Pringle and Zimring's highest priorities. When we receive your credit card information during the checkout process, your credit card information is encrypted and will never be fully included in any of our email communications to you. We will reference your credit card by the last four digits only. Additionally, we never store your Card Validation Code (CCV) under any circumstance. When you provide this number at checkout, it is send immediately to our payment processor gateway.

Is my credit card information safe?
Pringle and Zimring is committed to keeping your private information private. Basically, protecting your personal and order information is one of Pringle and Zimring’s highest priorities. In fact, we have implemented procedures above and beyond what other retailers are most likely using. We make every effort to protect your online order information by using four security features: (1) EV SGC SLL; (2) Hacker Safe by Scan Alert; (3) Authorize.Net Verified Merchant and (4) Verified by Visa (and Mastercard).
What is EV?
EV is the next generation of SSL Certificate. It is a stringent verification processes developed by the Certificate Authority (CA)/Browser Forum
to ensure that the Pringle and Zimring website is visibly more secure and trusted than with other types of Security Certificates.
What is SGC?
SGC is Server Gated Cryptography. It provides the ability for a certificate to 'up-rate' older browsers that are only capable of weak, 40-bit encryption to ultra-secure 128/256-bit encryption without the need to upgrade. It was introduced at a time when stringent United States encryption export laws would only allow browsers to encrypt 40-bit levels. Understandably, there are still millions of users that still use these older browsers. However, Pringle and Zimring still wants to provide those users with a secure environment.
What is SSL?
The following definition has been provided by the Certificate Authority (CA)/Browser Forum
SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer. Like TLS (which stands for Transport Layer Security), SSL is a security protocol that operates between a browser and a Web site.
